We ship US Postal Service. We charge actual shipping costs and do not mark it up. Shipping is EXPENSIVE! We considered offering Free Shipping but there is really no such thing. We realized that offering free shipping would actually cost you more. We have to raise prices to cover the cost of shipping. In order to make sure the costs were covered it would end up costing you more. RETURNS If we made a mistake, contact us and will try to make it right. We accept return on most items. You are responsible for shipping to us. Contact us first. Returned items must be in like new condition. NO RETURNS on plans or anything cut to length such as rope and fabric.
